As we welcome you back, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with expert protocols working to defeat COVID-19. Consisting of in-house and outside experts in food and water safety, hygiene and infection prevention, and hotel operations, our team is redefining our cleaning and safety standards. We will continue to monitor and evolve our solutions to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and associates.

Public Spaces - Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, we are going above and beyond our normal protocols. We are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency, dedicated staff, and recommended cleaning agents.

Dining – Take out is encouraged and will be delivered to your room at your request during your stay. In our dining rooms, we will maintain social distancing by placing tables 6 feet apart and allowing a 6 person max at each of our tables.

Hand Sanitizer - Hand sanitizing stations are installed at hotel entrances, at our front desks, our elevator banks, and meeting spaces.

Social Distancing - Signage in public spaces reminds our guests to maintain social distancing. Partitions at check-in provide an extra level of precaution for our guests and our associates.

Guest Rooms - In guest rooms, we have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly cleaning all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants. We have removed all extra amenities from our guest rooms and will ask you upon check in which additional pieces you will prefer. This eliminates the need for extra housekeeping traffic in your room.

Hotel Staff – All hotel staff will be masked at all times and have also undergone extensive training procedures to elevate our sanitizing measures. All hotel staff will also be screened before each shift when reporting for work

Face Coverings - Guests are asked to wear a face covering in public spaces following government requirements.
