When restored, The Roundhouse will house 17 hotel rooms and a 40-seat lounge and 80-seat restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining.

Restored to its former glory and outfitted with modern conveniences, The Roundhouse will be a wonderful place to stay the night or have dinner and a drink with a fantastic view. Designed according to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification standards, the work on The Roundhouse building will not only restore one of Beacon's crown jewels, it will help usher in a new era on the east side of the city.

The outdoor dining patio at The Roundhouse, which opened in Summer 2011, serves a locally sourced, seasonal menu and a wide selection of artisanal cocktails and craft beer. The lounge and restaurant are scheduled to open in the Spring of 2012, with the hotel to follow in Summer of 2012.
